Howie Hyena is a character who appears in Chip and Potato. He is a mischievous kindergartener at Rainbow Forest School. He likes blowing raspberries and always causes trouble. Despite this, Howie has shown to have a soft side and does genuinely feel remorse. Howie and Chip began to properly get along after the events of Howie Has Heart.
