The main antagonist of the 1962 animated film Gay Purr-ee. Voiced by Paul Frees, Meowrice is a charismatic cat living in Paris. However, he is also a con man who tricks cats into some form of slavery, such as being in a mail-order bride service.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
