Buddy Gecko is a famous American vocalist known as the "King of the Lounge Circuit" and a literal lounge lizard. His name is a take-off of the real-life American singer Buddy Greco. Gecko and his music are greatly admired by Filburt who secretly hopes to emulate him. His oeuvre includes at least one album: Loungin' Around.
