Little Beak is the Opila Chick who accompanies the player in Garten of Banban IV. When she falls into the givanium tank, she transforms into a new form.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
