Flotsam and Jetsam are the secondary antagonists of Disney's 1989 animated feature film, The Little Mermaid. They were a sinister pair of duel moray eels that served as minions to Ursula, the sea witch.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
