Stanley and Oliver are the secondary antagonists of Warner Bros. Entertainment's 1998 animated feature film, The Young Merman. They are a sinister pair of moray eels that served as minions to Ursus, the sea sorcerer.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
