Rocket is one of the secondary antagonists (alongside Grimskull and Bonebreaker) of episode "Homeward Wolf" of Emmet Reese & Roger. He is the pet bull terrier of Randy Kleinbach and a arch-rival of Roger the Raccoon.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
