Klytus Ra Djaaran is the secondary antagonist of the Flash Gordon franchise. He is the grand vizier and right-hand man of Ming the Merciless, the lover of General Kala, and the general of Mongo's secret police, the Black Sun. In the 1980 Flash Gordon film, he was portrayed by the late Peter Wyngarde.
