After the death of the previous Sultan, the new Sultan Mehmed VI cannot face the loss of World War One and the revolts by the movement of the Young Turks, and abdicates. A new, morally ambiguous leader destined to change the country forever has arrived: his name is Atatürk, but he still doesn't know.
