Victor Hadida is a French film producer. He co-founded the independent film distribution company Metropolitan Filmexport in 1978 alongside his brother, Samuel Hadida. This company became a significant player in distributing English-language films in the French-speaking world. In 1990, Victor and Samuel established Davis Films, a production company that has been instrumental in adapting video games into films, notably producing the Resident Evil and Silent Hill franchises. Victor's role as an executive producer has been pivotal in the success of the Resident Evil film series, beginning with the original film in 2002. He continued his involvement in the series with subsequent instalments, including Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004), Resident Evil: Extinction (2007), Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010), Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016), and Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (2021). In addition to his work on the Resident Evil series, Victor Hadida has been involved in producing and executive producing a diverse array of films. These include Silent Hill (2006), The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009), Solomon Kane (2009), The Expendables 3 (2014), The Crow (2024), and In the Land of Saints and Sinners (2023).

Nine days have passed since Mafuyu Hinasaki, the brother of Miku Hinasaki, had disappeared. It all began about a month ago, famous novelist Junsei Takamine disappeared while gathering research for an upcoming novel. Mafuyu, an aspiring journalist, suspected that something was wrong. Why would his mentor simply vanish into thin air? Mafuyu decided to conduct a private search for his friend, with the investigation eventually leading to the grounds of a secluded mansion. The Himuro Mansion stands silent and imposing deep within the forest. It's said that years ago the mansion belonged to a powerful landowner who had absolute control over the area. But now it's a shadow of its former self, dilapidated and desolate. Miku follows her brother's path to the mansion in order to find him, but all she can find of him is the family's antique camera. To her dismay, she also discovers that the mansion is populated with ghosts, but her camera somehow has the power to fight them. As Miku goes further into the mansion, she slowly discovers that the mansion and shrine share a horrific past that her family may have a connection with. Frightened but determined, Miku must brave the horrors of the mansion and find her brother before she becomes the next victim.
