Dominic Toretto and his team enlist a new team member - Josh O'Conner in their mission against Cipher, however when Dom's brother Jakob is framed for a crime/incident that he didn't commit, the crew must find Jakob his hiding from Cipher, however they are pitted against both former allies, Luke Hobbs and Decakrd Shaw.
