Leonard, a genetically engineered catdragon, escapes from the grasp of corrupt billionaire Mr. Potterson and mad scientist Dr. Zachland. Leonard bonds with the animals and learns to love and live freely—but his presence draws danger. When Susan’s father is tragically lost during a botched attack, she must rise as the new leader. Together, Susan and Leonard rally the animals to rescue Leonard’s family and stop Potterson's final evil plan.
