centers around a guerrilla revolution on the fictional island of Yara, inspired by Cuba, where Dani Rojas, a local Yaran fighting to liberate their nation from the iron-fisted rule of dictator Antón Castillo. Castillo, is determined to restore Yara to its former glory through any means, including exploiting his own citizens for a cancer treatment called Viviro. Dani joins the Libertad, a rebel group, and must rally support, utilize guerrilla tactics, and dismantle Castillo's regime to reclaim Yara's freedom.
