Lamont Von Drek, the once former rival of Jonathan Klause who once worked at Klause Industries before the accident, He was once a brilliant and smart man who used to work with Jonathan, he built a genetic mutation enhancer called the Virus compund that was about to sell on the black market, when he tried using it to create a new order, the experiment went horribly wrong, and Drek was changed into the evil known as Dark Virus, the archenemy of Ecto Phantom.
