Orteca (オルテカ, Oruteka), born Makoto Hatsushiba (初芝 真, Hatsushiba Makoto), is an executive of the Deadmans who transformed into the Daiouika Deadman (ダイオウイカ・デッドマン, Daiōika Deddoman), the second Kamen Rider Demons (仮面ライダーデモンズ, Kamen Raidā Demonzu), Anomalocaris Deadman (アノマロカリス・デッドマン, Anomarokarisu Deddoman), and Kamen Rider Orteca (仮面ライダーオルテカ, Kamen Raidā Oruteka).
