Zoruku Tojo (ゾルーク東条, Zorūku Tōjō) is the main antagonist in Kamen Rider Drive: The Challenge from Lupin. He was a legendary phantom thief who assimilated the body of the Roidmude Cyberoid ZZZ (サイバロイド ZZZ, Saiba Roido Surī Zeddo) and gained the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Lupin (仮面ライダールパン, Kamen Raidā Rupan).
