George Karizaki (ジョージ・狩崎, Jōji Karizaki) is a Fenix (now Blue Bird) scientist who created the Revice System. He briefly transformed into the third Kamen Rider Demons (仮面ライダーデモンズ, Kamen Raidā Demonzu) and became Kamen Rider Juuga (仮面ライダージュウガ, Kamen Raidā Juuga) in his own right.
