Shiro Mizuki (水城 史朗, Mizuki Shiro) was a soldier who became the main user of the G4 system, becoming Kamen Rider G4 (仮面ライダーG4, Kamen Raidā Jī Fō, Masked Rider G4), one of the primary antagonists of the movie Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4.
