Sumire Kurono (黒野 すみれ, Kurono Sumire), formerly known as Kronos (クロノス, Kuronosu) was a former Hundred member turned leader of Crowd. After failing to become Kamen Rider Eins (仮面ライダーアインズ, Kamen Raidā Ainzu), she instead transformed into Kamen Rider Fatale (仮面ライダーファタル, Kamen Raidā Fataru), a dark-colored version of Kamen Rider Femme based on Kamen Rider Ryuga's battle data.
Growing disatisfied of Hundred's reliance on existing Rider powers, Kronos would splinter off from the organization and form Crowd in an attempt to create the ultimate Kamen Rider. Adopting the name Sumire Kurono, Crowd would abduct numerous talented women as test subjects for the new Rider powers. This would eventually put her into conflict with the Narumi Detective Office's Akiko Narumi and her new Girls Remix investigation team, itself being partially composed of female Riders. After kidnapping Nayuta Mikazuki with the help of a revived Yoko Minato, Nayuta's university classmate, Rinne Kudo, would be recruited by the Girls Remix team. The group eventually followed Sumire's bread crumbs and tracked her down. However, when she tried using the Wirbelwind, the belt failed to work properly, and the Girls Remix Riders were eventually able to defeat Crowd's fighters and take her into Blue Bird custody. Hana Natsuki later took on the task of interrogating her, though Sumire refused to even say a word.
