Kamen Rider 4 (仮面ライダー4号, Kamen Raidā Yongō), alternatively designated Shocker Rider 4 (ショッカーライダー4号, Shokkā Raidā Yongō), is the titular major antagonist of D-Video Special: Kamen Rider 4. He was a cyborg[1] created by Shocker following their failed attempt by Kamen Rider 3 to alter the timeline.
