Dan Russell (born January 18th, 1965) is an American voice actor, voice director, and musician based in London, England. He does the voices of many characters, notably Richard, Patrick, and the Donut Cop (starting in season 2). He also did the voice of Tina in the show's first season, but was replaced by Stefan Ashton Frank.
