Peter the Panda is a secret agent panda from Seattle, he has the same hat as Perry the Platypus but of a lighter color. He used to be the temporary nemesis of Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and later on, he serves as the nemesis to the local Seattle mad scientist, Professor Mystery.
