Stockiel "Stocking" Anarchy[5] (アナーキー・ストッキング Anākī Sutokkingu) is the titular co-protagonist of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.
She is an angel and is the younger of the Anarchy Twins[6]. She and her sister are the princesses of Heaven who first made their debut in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity".
The heroes of Earth all work together as Dr. Doom is trying to use a combination of tech and magic to travel to hell, absorb Mephisto's power along with several individuals' power notably Galactus to rule Earth under his rule.
