Pantiel[4] "Panty" Anarchy[5] (アナーキー・パンティ Anākī Pantii, transliterated as "Anarchy Panty") is the titular co-protagonist of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series.
She is an angel and is the elder of the Anarchy Twins[6]. She and her sister are the princesses of Heaven who made their debut in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity".
The heroes of Earth all work together as Dr. Doom is trying to use a combination of tech and magic to travel to hell, absorb Mephisto's power along with several individuals' power notably Galactus to rule Earth under his rule.
