Kopaka was the Toa Mata of Ice on the island of Mata Nui, and deputy commander of the Toa Mata. Later, he became the Toa Nuva of Ice. Kopaka was a Toa and the Master of Ice on Okoto.
The heroes of Earth all work together as Dr. Doom is trying to use a combination of tech and magic to travel to hell, absorb Mephisto's power along with several individuals' power notably Galactus to rule Earth under his rule.
