Kate Kakeguiri is a rainbow teenager, half human and half fairy, brave and intelligent. One day, she becomes a student at the Fairy Academy to train her rainbow powers. However, the evil teenage witch Regina uses her dark powers and destroys the Fairy School. Kate and her friends must fight against the evil witch.
