Charlotte Michelle Spencer is an English musician and singer-songwriter who is the keyboardist and backing vocalist and one of the founders of The Hyper Girls, along with guitarist Mandy Collins. She had four children, Carrie Ann, Max, Lisa, and Jacob Spencer.
