Fujii Naoko (藤井直子, born August 23, 2005 in Osaka, Japan), known professionally as NAOKO (ナオコ), is a Japanese singer and dancer signed to Japanese management company BMSG under the B-RAVE section as a member of girl group HANA, formed through the audition show No No Girls. She made her debut with the group with "ROSE" in April 2025. Prior to joining BMSG, NAOKO trained at Avex Artist Academy Osaka and the avex dancemaster program.
