Arthur Simeon is a Ugandan-born Canadian actor and comedian. He attended the prestigious Namilyango College between 1996 and 2001. In the fall of 2001, Simeon moved to Canada to attend university in Peterborough, Ontario. He's also known for A Gun & a Ring (2013), Funny as Hell (2011) and Draft Everything (2018).
