Agent Carmikael is a limping, foul-mouthed CIA agent with a Hawaiian shirt, a gummy worm addiction, and a personal grudge against Marcus Kane for shooting him in the kneecap during the Caracas chase. He speaks in profane monologues about his pregnant wife, his masturbation habits, and his disdain for the FBI, all while reluctantly hunting a national security threat. Despite his eccentric, abrasive exterior, Carmikael is a skilled operative who ultimately chooses justice over revenge, helping Kane stop Cosgrove and destroy the Skeleton Key.
