A live-action Assassin's Creed series has been officially greenlit by Netflix. The project will be led by creators, showrunners, and executive producers Roberto Patino and David Wiener. The series will focus on the classic battle between the Assassins and Templars, exploring themes of identity, destiny, power, and human connection across time. The new female protagonist who was born at the Palace of Versailles in 1664 named Camille Adler who lives with the noble family of King Louis XIV of France during the Grand Siècle (Great Century) when she was held in a ceremony with the Assassins and joined the Brotherhood for their mission is to liberate both Paris and Versailles from the threats of Templar rule as they plotted to assassinate the King of France before she urged the king to protect the Apple of Eden.
