In this film noir tale, Ernie is shocked to find that Rubber Duckie is missing! He decides to take on a detective role along with his pal Bert, and the unmistakable Sherlock Hemlock to find the usual suspects on Sesame Street (Herry Monster, Grover, Oscar, Count, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Telly, Big Bird, etc). Anyone of them could be the criminal mastermind behind the capture, But the truth? The truth is slipperier than a wet Rubber Duckie on the floor.
