Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Darth Vader, Shredder, and Lord Garmadon have taken over the galaxy. Kai Jones, the Golden Ninja, works with the Rebellion to take them down and take out the Empire.
