Naomi Ellen Watts (born September 28, 1968) is a British actress. After her family moved to Australia, she made her film debut there in the drama For Love Alone (1986) and then appeared in three television series, Hey Dad..! After moving to the United States, she initially struggled as an actress, taking roles in small-scale films until she starred in David Lynch's psychological thriller Mulholland Drive in 2001 as an aspiring actress. Emma is a beautiful, rich and clever, but impulsive lady. She is known for her weakness to interfere in the emotional lives of those closest to her. Some matchmaking attempts end in disaster for those involved, while others have a great time in the process. Above all, however, Emma doesn't listen to the voice of her heart and can't choose the right man, and she is tried by the loving pastor Elton, the wild and irresponsible adventurer Frank Churchill and the straightforward and outspoken neighbor George Knightley.
