The sister of Manchester Black and former MI-5 agent like her brother. Highly doesn’t agree with his brother’s philosophy but doesn’t want to see him get hurt or killed. After the incident in Metropolis and them breaking out, she is tasked with tracking them down and arresting them. She personally sees how much her brother and his friends have grown after their lesson given to them by Superman, and secretly helps them out with their missions and adventures.
