What if "El Chavo" has cast American (with some whites and blacks) in English-language w/ some English, directed by Jon Watts. Chavo is a poor, nameless orphan who lives in an apartment building with Chilindrina, Quico, Mrs. Worthmore, Mr. Raymond and Professor Girafalde. This 8-year-old may not be the brightest, but he has a bright outlook. With friends and neighbors, he grows and learns.
