Mark Stephen Moraghan (born on 27th January 1963) is a British actor, voice actor and singer. He was the last third-person narrator for Thomas & Friends in the UK and the US prior to the series switching to first-person narration by Thomas.
Edward is chosen to complete against Spencer in a race, but comes off badly against his opponent due to his comparative lack of power; however, an-over confident Spencer decides to take a snooze midway through the race.
