An unborn twin sister of Saya. She died in her mother's womb, but the man in black successfully retrieves her blood sample via her mother's body, successfully create a clone of Saya as a result. She looks exactly like Saya, but has a paler skin and long hair and her eyes glows blue when she transforms into her Rasetsu form. She has a childlike personality with psychopathic streak of selfishness, which led her to become the younger one of the two, Saya Otozuki and Maya Utahime. Maya searches for Saya, desiring to have Saya eat her so they can become one pure-blood Rasetsu.
