Fan Casting Wild Dog in Earth-27 fancast (rewrite)

Rene Ramirez, a former soldier of the Special Forces who grew up in a rocky childhood and he later lived in Star City for most of his life. After his wife is accidentally killed by her drug dealer, he fall into depression in a bad spiral of drugs and alcohol. When Child Protective Services takes his daughter Zoe away, it only makes things worse. However, the seeing the Green Arrow on TV, he is inspired to become the vigilante Wild Dog.
