Fan Casting Arsenal in Earth-27 fancast (rewrite)

A troubled boy, Roy Harper was taken in by Oliver Queen as his ward. Using his own skill with a bow, he fought alongside his mentor as Speedy. Speedy would go on to be a second generation member of the Titans. After the death and funeral of Jason Todd, Roy quit the Titans by throwing his feathered cap in Green Arrow's face at a press event. Roy would go off on his own as a member of League of Assassins, remaking himself as Arsenal. He and Cheshire would later have a daughter, named Lian Harper. He's also a founding member of the Outlaws, a group of anti-heroes led by Jason Todd along with Starfire, Donna Troy and Huntress.
