Fan Casting Green Arrow in Earth-27 fancast (rewrite)

Oliver Queen was a billionaire playboy more interested in girls, drinking, , and partying than doing anything with his life until he was stranded on a supposedly deserted island for five years after assassins killed his parents. He was then kidnapped by the League of Assassins where you learn to become a hardened killer. Oliver returned to star city and began his crusade as the Green Arrow.
