Fan Casting Tempest in Earth-27 fancast (rewrite)

An Atlantean warrior and former sidekick of Aquaman called Aqualad, he was left in the care of Poseidonis' royal family after the death of his parents, with Aquaman taking him in as squire and raising him as his own in the Royal Palace. Garth was a member of the second generation of the Titans before he retired after Jason's death. He has since returned to the surface, using the name Tempest, as a high-ranking Atlantean warrior.
