With the teenage dream of being a NASCAR tandom Bo and Luke Duke organize their own racing circuit and create and fund the Hazard 500 in the Duke farm, but when Boss Hogg finds out hes determined to shut down the operation. The Duke boys hear that their track is getting attention from top tier NASCAR officials as they may want to begin racing at the Dukes track while Bo and Luke drive to North Carolina to get a deal done havoc insues as Boss Hogg and Sheriff Roscoe try to pay off every construction place in a 100 mile radius to destroy Hazzard speedway can Bo, Luke, Daisy, Uncle Jessie, and the people of Hazzard pull through to keep the speedway a float in time for the Duke boys to get back?
