Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
A young boy by the name of Link is tasked by the Princess of Hyrule, Zelda, to stop the wicked Gerudo King Ganondorf obtaining the legendary relic known as the Triforce and using it for his own malevolent desires.
