"Dragons United" is a sweeping, character-driven epic set in an alternate Westeros where the bloody Targaryen civil war—the Dance of the Dragons—never takes place. Instead, a marriage pact between Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and her half-brother, King Aegon II Targaryen, forges a new dynasty. Their union unites the two rival factions, and their descendants become the dominant force in the Seven Kingdoms. The series explores the politics, ambitions, and passions of the expanded Targaryen dynasty over decades, as dragons still soar in the skies and great houses vie for power. The legacy of Rhaenyra and Aegon II’s marriage ripples through generations, shaping a very different Westeros. Season 1: The royal marriage, early years of peace, and the birth of their children. Factions maneuver for power in the new order. Season 2: The next generation comes of age. New dragonriders, rivalries, and forbidden loves emerge. Season 3: Threats from beyond Westeros, the resurgence of old enemies, and the first cracks in Targaryen unity. Season 4: A new succession crisis looms as Rhaenyra and Aegon’s children vie for power, dragons clash, and Westeros faces a reckoning.
