David Cross (born April 4, 1964) is an American actor, writer and stand-up comedian perhaps best known for his work on HBO's sketch comedy series Mr. Show and for his role as Tobias Fünke in the Fox sitcom Arrested Development.

The first TV spinoff in the FilmNerdGamerVerse follows Dr. Ivo Robotnik as he tries to catch up where he left off following his crushing defeat at the hands of Sonic The Hedgehog. This leads to him creating The Organization Of Evil Scientists (OES) with other "misunderstood" scientists who want to exact revenge against their enemies.
