Mechatopian Army Leader, also known as the Robot General, is the main antagonist of Doraemon: Nobita and the Steel Troops and the 2011 remake of the movie, Doraemon: Nobita and the New Steel Troops ~Winged Angels~. His was voiced by the late Yasuo Tanaka in the original movie and Kouji Katou in the remake.
