Pauline’s sweet and loyal secretary. (She is inspired by Pauline’s original design back then known as “Lady” in the Donkey Kong arcade game) (like in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, we had a character named Giuseppe who was inspired by Mario’s original design in his first appearance in the DK arcade game and with Mario’s original voice actor, Charles Martinet. So I believe this new character might be a nice Easter Egg to that with Peach’s original voice actress).
