A handsome and seemingly kind young man who works as a businessman at NY City Hall. He becomes Pauline’s new boyfriend months later after she and Mario broke up. They lived together in their own apartment. Without Pauline knowing it, Jamie is actually a cheater, a thief and a controlling abuser, jealous of his own girlfriend’s post as mayor. In which she finds better ways to bring order to the city, he looks to sabotage it for his own benefits. Caring for nothing but money. When DK kidnaps Pauline, he feigns being worried and plans to exploit DK for money
