Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
When super villain group "The Fleas" terrorize the City of Ohkay City with 22 supa minded tadpoles, its up to Dog Man and Li'l Petey to stop them by creating their own super hero group, 'The Supa Buddies".
